Shipping Information
LADWA Partners offers two shipping options. Please read the details carefully before placing your order.
Option 1: Shipping Arranged by LADWA
If LADWA arranges shipping for your order, a Packaging & Forwarding fee of 1% of the order value (excl. GST) will be charged.
Shipping / freight charges are additional and will be borne by the customer.
This applies to all orders, regardless of order value. We do not offer free shipping on any order amount, including orders above ₹50,000.
If your order contains heavy, bulky items or is being delivered to a remote location, additional freight charges may apply. Our team will contact you if any extra charges are required.
Option 2: Customer Arranges Their Own Shipping
If you choose to arrange your own transporter or courier, LADWA will hand over the goods to your carrier.
In this case:
- No packaging fee is charged
- No forwarding fee is charged
- No shipping charges are charged by LADWA
Packaging & Forwarding Fee (When LADWA Arranges Shipping)
The Packaging & Forwarding fee is 1% of the order value (prices are exclusive of GST).

Dispatch & Delivery
Products under 5kg may be sent via courier services like Delhivery, Hexalog, etc. Heavier or bulk orders are typically sent via road cargo services such as VRL, GATI, etc.
For in-stock items, orders processed before 4pm on a business day are usually dispatched the next business day.
